RV Masters, LLC (“RV Masters”) makes no representation or warranty as to the completeness or accuracy of the information provided on or in connection with this website (the “Website”) and disclaims all warranties, express and implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. RV Masters makes no representation, guarantee or warranty, express or implied, regarding the outcomes achieved by applying the strategies, techniques, skills, information or advice (collectively the “Training Content”) provided by any of its employees, representatives or affiliates in connection with the Website including without limitation any guarantee or warranty that the Training Content will enable any person to successfully negotiate a particular amount of money off in an RV purchase or be fully informed of every feature, benefit, or fact to consider in the purchase or usage of an RV. The foregoing does not affect any warranties which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
RV Masters is not accredited or recognized by the Department of Transportation or any other governmental organization or agency and does not offer any diploma, degree, or certificate of completion in respect of its training products. In no event will RV Masters be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages in respect of the use or misuse of the information provided in connection with the Website, including without limitation the Training Content, even if RV Masters has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing does not affect any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Certain jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.
CANCELLATION/REFUND
All C.U.R.V. online training is a non-cancellable educational and training product. The Owner is immediately provided access to training videos and content, checklists and procedures, and other proprietary information that cannot be retrieved once it is in the Customer’s possession. RV Masters has invested in advanced team training, expenses, time commitment, video product, legal counsel, and other resources, to be able to provide the Training Content and other information related to the Website. Once a sale is completed, RV Masters will employ reasonable efforts and do all things according to RV Masters policy to ensure the complete satisfaction of each customer.
LIABILITY
RV Masters disclaims any and all warranties not expressed herein, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Owner expressly acknowledges that Owner shall by fully liable and responsible for the care and operation of Owner’s RV.
CAPTAIN OF THE SHIP
Owner acknowledges that Owner is the “captain of the ship”. This means that Owner is ultimately responsible for Owner’s safety, the safety of others and the safety of the RV. Strategies, techniques, and other information will be taught and demonstrated, including how to perform certain maneuvers and handle certain driving scenarios. But it is up to the Owner to perform these activities in a safe and reasonable manner. If Owner does not feel Owner can perform any task safely or is uncomfortable performing said task, THEY ARE NOW BEING INSTRUCTED NOT TO PERFORM THE TASK. Owner is responsible for Owner’s own RV and/or associated vehicle or towing unit.
GOVERNING LAW
Terms, construction and performances of this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Montana, without giving effect to its conflict of law of principles. Venue for any legal action which may arise out of or as a result of this Agreement shall be in the applicable court in the state of Montana, in and for Flathead County, and such shall be exclusive venue and jurisdiction for any litigation, special proceedings or other proceedings arising out of or as a result of this Agreement between the parties.
